A fractional HR retainer gives you access to a dedicated HR professional for a set number of hours each month — without the cost of a full-time hire. You get expert support exactly when you need it, at a fraction of the price.

Each retainer tier includes a set number of hours per month (4, 8, or 15). Hours are used for calls, emails, document review, project work, and any other HR support you need. Unused hours do not roll over, so we work together to make the most of your time.

If you consistently need more support than your current tier provides, we'll recommend upgrading. Additional hours beyond your retainer can also be arranged at an hourly rate — just ask your HR advisor.

No. All retainers are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. We earn your business every month.

The HR Partner tier focuses on day-to-day and project HR work — hiring, onboarding, employee issues, and documentation. The People Ops Partner tier adds strategic support: compensation design, org planning, leadership development, and a dedicated senior HR lead.
